Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Monitor project progress and identify delays
- Track project costs vs budget and prepare reports
- Assist in monthly progress reporting and payment applications
- Coordinate with project team for accurate progress and cost data
Requirements:
- Preferred Indian
- Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction
- 4 to 5 years experience in construction or fit-out
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and Excel
- Understanding of BOQ, progress measurement, and cost control
