Lead telecom engineering across concept, FEED, detailed design, and installation stages
Develop telecom philosophies, specifications, block diagrams, datasheets, and engineering deliverables
Prepare layouts, cable routing drawings, cable schedules, interconnection & termination diagrams, and installation drawings
Support preparation of scope of work, RFQs, and material requests
Review vendor documentation and coordinate interfaces with package vendors
Translate client technical requirements into commercially viable telecom design solutions

Aeronautical navigation & communication systems
Marine navaids & communication systems
Optical fiber communication systems
Data networks
CCTV systems
Radio systems
Satellite communication systems
Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA) systems
Telecom design experience for Onshore / Offshore projects is essential

15 years minimum experience
8–10 years experience in Saudi Aramco projects
Strong knowledge of SBC, HCIS, Aramco standards & procedures
RCDD / PSP certifications preferred
