I am a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent with a strong background in IT and hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry. I hold a degree in Information Technology from the University of Malakand and bring a unique combination of technical expertise and customer service skills.

I have practical experience in managing domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, ticket reissuance, cancellations, and customer travel support. I am familiar with GDS systems and online booking platforms, and I continuously update my knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

In addition, I have experience in processing visit visas for GCC countries including Qatar, Bahrain, and the UAE (Dubai), as well as handling hotel bookings and complete travel arrangements. I am also capable of assisting with work visa processing and am familiar with government platforms such as Qiwa and Absher.

Alongside my travel industry experience, I possess strong IT skills including computer.
