Accountant & Property Administrator
🔹 Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: BHD 200 – 230

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities (rent collection, expenses, and payments)
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
• Manage tenant accounts, contracts, and renewals
• Follow up on outstanding payments and dues
• Coordinate with maintenance and service teams
• Maintain organized property and financial documentation
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and/or property management
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Preference for candidates currently available in Bahrain
