Ready to move-in from 15th May onwards with below facilities:
1. 3 AC's in fitted in each room
2. Kitchen counters and overhead storages already fitted
3. 11 seater sofa set
4. Dining table with 4 chairs
5. 1 dressing table
6. 1 king size matress for bed
My contract is untill 19th June. So pay for 1 month and stay for 35 days. Post that, negotiate with owner for contract renewal (my contract is 30,000 per year with 2 installments).
- Current contract is SAR 2500 per month. Same will be charged for the stay (agreement copy can be produced if needed).
- SAR 3000 will be the cost of selling all th furnitures as mentioned above (mandatory with apartment)
