Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles
Strong background in railway maintenance and infrastructure projects
In-depth knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and compliance procedures
Ability to lead QC teams and coordinate with project stakeholders
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
