* Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong technical understanding of engineering products/solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated and proactive personality.
* Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell engineering and precast solutions to clients.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project proposals.
Coordinate with technical and production teams.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
