Finance, Accounting & Business Management
We are inviting proactive, detail-oriented University Students majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management / Administration to join our team as interns. This internship offers direct exposure to core corporate management, ERP/accounting system operations, financial workflow mapping, and business compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Track
• Assist with bookkeeping entries, invoice tracking, and reconciliation procedures.
• Support the review of client financial reports, budgets, and operational expenditure logs.
• Learn and work with ERP software modules (e.g., billing, general ledger, reporting tools).
Business Management Track
• Participate in drafting administrative workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
• Assist in organizing client documentation, compliance filings, and management schedules.
• Support market research, project tracking, and preparation of business presentation materials.
Student Eligibility
• Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program (3rd or 4th year / Senior status preferred).
• Academic major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires a university internship request / introduction letter (for academic credit fulfilment).
Internship Details
• Duration: 2 to 3 months (flexible based on university requirements).
• Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time (subject to academic schedule agreement).
• Location: On-site
• Certificate: A formal completion certificate and performance evaluation report will be provided upon successful completion.
