This is 3 BHK duplex in Sedra, behind ROSHN front. 3 beds rooms and 4 washrooms with backyard and car parking for two in front of house.. I was the first tenant and leased the vial for 2 years. I need to go to final exit in the middle of the contract and am offering discounted lease transfer for remaining 6 months. Tenants can extend the contact onwards beyond 6 months.
