About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our Project Delivery organization. In this role, you will lead infrastructure-related project activities from design through implementation—covering on-premise and cloud environments. You will be responsible for sizing, planning, installation, maintenance, and support across development, prototyping, testing, training, and production environments. You will also work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure reliability, security, and optimized lifecycle performance.
What You'll Do
Infrastructure & Server Management
Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS).
Perform patch management, vulnerability assessment, and remediation across servers.
Develop installation manuals and system documentation.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Network & Security
Administer and configure firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to protect enterprise networks.
Implement and enforce IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with security and network teams to address threats, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
Maintain and update IT security baseline documents.
Environment Management
Set up and maintain Production, Development, and QA environments.
Manage software deployment and updates.
Maintain and monitor overall infrastructure health.
Integration & Advanced Support
Manage backup/recovery solutions.
Apply network protocols, security principles, and server hardening techniques.
Support BI/DSV infrastructure integration and configuration requirements.
Work with dataflows/structures from historians such as PI.
Support integration/configuration with SAP/configuration with SAP/ERPsERPs.
