Key Responsibilities:
Lead the setup and launch of the preschool, including policies, procedures, and operational systems
Develop and implement a high-quality early childhood curriculum aligned with international best practices
Recruit, train, and lead a team of educators and support staff
Establish a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment
Build the school’s reputation and foster strong relationships with parents and the community
Ensure full compliance with Bahrain’s regulatory and licensing requirements
Contribute to strategic planning, enrollment growth, and long-term development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in early childhood education
Prior experience in the GCC region is essential
Demonstrated experience in setting up or significantly developing a school (highly preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a startup environment
Deep understanding of early childhood development and modern teaching methodologies
