Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

HR & ADMIN TASK
- Responsible in overseeing all HR & Admin Related issues.
- In Charge for Personal Files of Top Management. Handling all the pertinent & Important documents of HR Department.
- Coordinating with the Recruitment, Payroll & Support Service Dept.
- Part of the development of Attendance software by combining the ERP & Oracle with the IT department.
- In Charge in the Registration & implementation Basma Attendance System using ORACLE.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO THE HR-GM
- Assisting the HR General Manager for the daily schedule
- Arranging the Department meetings
- Replying for some important emails of the employees
- Arranging the Department Monthly/Quarterly Reports
- Coordinating and disseminate information to the department.

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER TASK
- Submitting shop drawings & as build drawing and documents through ACONEX
- Preparing and submission of approved drawing to assigned engineers
- Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents & Samples
- Arranging and Filing all documents & Drawing according to the projects
- Other duties that may assign by the immediate managers.

Skills & Interest
Computer Literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office & Power Point Presentation. Also using advance software’s such as ERP System, Oracle , Aconex , Civil Soft & Tranquil for HR & Payroll System. An Individual who can easily go with other personality & nationality & adopt with the new environment. Equality and Diversity add more knowledge to me.
