We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation & Coordination Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge in MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
* Ability to understand and study technical drawings
* Experience in quantity take-off and cost estimation
* Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Capable of managing manpower and following up site execution
* Knowledge in preparing quotations and BOQ
* Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office
* Saudi driving license preferred
Responsibilities:
* Prepare MEP cost estimations and quotations
* Review drawings and project requirements
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
* Follow up project execution and site requirements
* Manage external teams and ensure timely completion
* Assist in planning and project coordination
