Requirements:

1-Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance
2-Experience in FM Projects or Government contract is preferred
3-Facilimiarity with CAFM / CMMS systems
4-Professional certification is a plus (e.g Saudi Council Of Engineers)
