Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online systems
Accurately enter bookings into the reservation system
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services
Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests
Coordinate with front office / operations team
Ensure high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality
Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., hotel PMS or travel systems)
Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
Preferred:
Experience in hotels, airlines, or travel agencies
Knowledge of systems like Opera or Amadeus
