* Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards, unsafe acts, and conditions.
* Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) system including hot work, confined space, lifting, and excavation.
* Carry out risk assessments (JSA/JHA) and ensure proper control measures are in place.
* Conduct toolbox talks (TBT) and safety trainings for workers.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety rules at site.
* Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, and electrical work.
* Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
* Coordinate with supervisors and management to improve safety performance.
