Experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEP) with more than 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, residential, and utility projects in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Currently working with Saudi Elaf Construction on the Qiddiya Construction Worker Village Project (Lower Plateau 5–8) in Riyadh, where responsibilities include quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, IPC submission, subcontractor billing, variation claims, cost control, material tracking, and contract documentation for infrastructure works.
Previously worked with Saudi Harisco Ltd on Qiddiya Construction Worker Village Projects (Upper Plateau 1 & 3), handling quantity surveying activities, project measurements, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, payment certifications, subcontractor accounts, variation orders, and infrastructure cost control activities.
Worked as a Quantity Surveyor with MAS Engineering & Construction in Dammam on projects including AMAALA, Desert Rock, and Roshn Villas, with responsibilities involving quantity measurements, budgeting, estimation, AutoCAD quantity take-offs, material tracking, and project coordination for villa and infrastructure works.
Also worked with FRL Design in Pakistan as a Quantity Surveyor, Architectural Drafter, and Site Supervisor, preparing architectural drawings, supervising residential projects, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
Skilled in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Civil 3D, MS Excel, and project cost management with strong experience in construction documentation, quantity surveying, contract administration, and infrastructure project coordination.
