✅ Qualification:
• High School / Diploma / University Degree
✅ Experience:
• Degree Holder: Minimum 7 years inspection experience
• High School Diploma Holder: Minimum 10 years inspection experience
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in construction activities
• Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Infrastructure project experience preferred
✅ Required Knowledge:
• SMACNA
• UMC
• ASME B31.9
• NFPA 90A
• ASHRAE
• ISO 9001:2015
• HVAC drawings & standards
• Material specifications
• QC inspection & testing procedures
✅ Responsibilities:
• Supervise HVAC QC activities
• Coordinate inspections with client
• Prepare & review ITP, Method Statements & specifications
• Maintain QC documents, audit records & calibration records
• Prepare daily inspection reports
• Review MC dossier & submit to client
• Ensure subcontractor quality handover documents are completed

English speaking, reading & writing required
