Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Draft and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and joining formalities
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
