Salary Range: 3,000 – 4,000 SAR per month
Job Summary:
The AutoCAD Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing, modifying, and managing technical drawings for construction and engineering projects. The role requires strong drafting expertise, attention to detail, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Drafting
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD based on engineering and architectural specifications.
• Modify, update, and revise drawings in line with project and client requirements.
• Develop both 2D and 3D drawings as required by project scope.
Coordination & Collaboration
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure drawings meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in meetings for drawing reviews and clarifications.
• Incorporate feedback into design updates and revisions.
Documentation & Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate and organized records of drawings, revisions, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and building regulations.
• Prepare documentation required for project submissions and approvals.
Quality Control
• Ensure all drawings meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and verify design accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman, preferably within the construction industry.
Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar software is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail with high drafting accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
