* Site Measurement & Quantity Take-Off

* Pricing & Budgeting
* Excel & AutoCAD
Requirements:
* Previous experience in construction projects
* Ability to visit sites and evaluate project costs
* Strong understanding of manpower, materials, and execution costs
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
