We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Team Lead – Costing & Estimation for a leading company in the Interior Fit-Out & Design Build industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead preparation of cost estimates, budgets, risk evaluation, and value engineering for project pitches
• Handle complete estimation and BOQ preparation for tender submissions
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for market pricing and quotations
• Prepare BOQs with specifications as per design drawings
• Analyze quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets for civil and MEP works
• Conduct quantity estimation and rate analysis for finishing and fit-out works
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and site surveys
• Prepare project master schedules and milestone tracking using MSP
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors during bidding and execution stages
• Lead and manage the estimation team with effective communication and coordination
• Develop reports, presentations, and project-related documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
• 8+ years of experience in costing & estimation within Interior Fit-Out / Design & Build projects
• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, rate analysis, and project costing
• Familiarity with market rates for civil and MEP works
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to handle responsibilities independently
Technical Skills
• AutoCAD
• MS Office
• MS Project (MSP)
• Strong Excel knowledge
Candidates with prior experience in Design Build Fit-Out projects will be preferred.
