Experienced Safety Officer / HSE Officer with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, water transmission, construction, and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia. Currently working with Cayan Almamlka Co. on the Jeddah South Strategic Tank Project under client SWCC - Saline Water Conversion Corporation and Water Transmission Company (WTC). Responsible for implementing project HSE plans, ensuring compliance with client specifications, company safety procedures, and international HSE standards.

Experienced in supervising high-risk activities including tank fabrication, welding, steel erection, hydro testing, confined space entry, hot work operations, lifting activities, excavation, ADR works, mechanical installations, and work at height. Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazard identification, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessment procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, emergency mock drills, toolbox talks, and safety inductions to maintain a safe and accident-free working environment. Skilled in monitoring PPE compliance, investigating incidents and near misses, reporting unsafe conditions, and ensuring closure of consultant and client observations through corrective and preventive actions.

Previously worked with National Logistics Corporation (NLC) as a Safety Officer from January 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included conducting toolbox talks, site safety inspections, risk assessments, monitoring work activities, implementing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations on operational and construction activities.

Possess strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and multicultural workforce teams. Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid & BLS with excellent understanding of occupational health, safety management systems, and international construction safety standards.
