Check installation of cables, conduits, panels, transformers, and equipment
Verify materials received at site match approved submittals
Conduct inspections before, during, and after installation
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) to consultants/client
Ensure work complies with IEC, NEC, project specs, and safety requirements
Witness testing and commissioning activities
Review test reports for continuity, insulation resistance, grounding, etc.
Monitor quality of subcontractors’ work
Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) for defective work/materials
Follow up corrective and preventive actions
Maintain QA/QC documentation, checklists, and inspection records
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project team
Ensure as-built drawings are updated correctly
Support project handover with complete quality documents
Ensure calibration of testing instruments and tools
