Hiring: Team Lead And Assistant Bakery Chef– Riyadh (Al-sahafah)

Our boutique bakery is looking for a hardworking, dedicated Store Manager to lead our Riyadh team. This is a unique opportunity for a leader who enjoys the craft of baking and is ready to manage daily operations in a hands-on environment.

The Role
You will manage a small team This role requires a "full duty" approach, where you lead by example in food preparation, baking, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Input customer orders into the POS system, report inventory shortages, and manage kitchen inventory with a focus on tracking expiry dates.

Food Production: Assist in food preparation of different bakery and sweets. Teach and assist with the full baking process, including operating professional ovens and mixers.

Quality & Presentation: Oversee food presentation and portion control to ensure consistent quality.

Sanitation & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations while following all food safety and hygiene standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.

Requirements
Communication: Must be able to understand and speak English.

Experience: Proven background in kitchen inventory management and food preparation.

Attitude: Strong personal hygiene, excellent customer service skills, and professional manners are non-negotiable.

Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to learn advanced baking and pastry techniques.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime if required to meet order demands.
