Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals
•Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
•Follow up on sales inquiries and customer requirements
•Support marketing activities and business development initiatives
•Maintain accurate records of bids, contracts, and customer communications
•Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance requirements
Requirements:
•Egyptian will be preferable
•Fluent in Arabic and English
•Experience in tendering, quotations, sales coordination, or marketing support
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Knowledge of procurement platforms and documentation is an advantage
