We are hiring skilled and experienced welders to join our team for the important steel structure installation Projects in Saudi Arabia. As a welder, you will play a crucial role in the construction and assembly of metal structures, ensuring the highest levels of quality, precision, and safety. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure project in one of the most important cities in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for largescale metal structures at the construction site.
Capable of independently performing on-site TIG welding (GTAW) for stainless steel plates in steel structures.
Assemble, weld, and repair structural steel components and other metal elements.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
Perform quality checks and inspections of welded joints to ensure structural integrity and compliance with project specifications.
Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, including local and international standards, at all times.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to achieve project goals within deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve welding related issues onsite as they arise.
Requirements:
Proven experience in welding for largescale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in airport or similar environments.
Expertise in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
Valid welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent).
Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols.
Knowledge of safety protocols and experience working under strict safety standards (e.g., OSHA or equivalent).
Physical fitness to work at heights, in hot environments, and in demanding conditions.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on infrastructure projects in the Middle East or Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Familiarity with international welding standards and certifications.
Additional certifications in safety training, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes and lifts is an advantage.
A Welder 6G certification is preferred.
