We are a leading manufacturer of custom kitchens, cabinetry, and fit-out solutions, serving large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations across our manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance of woodworking machinery, metal fabrication equipment, and production lines.
This role is critical in maintaining high-quality output, operational efficiency, and project delivery timelines across complex, multi-line manufacturing environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across woodworking, joinery, and kitchen manufacturing equipment (e.g., CNC machines, cutting lines, edge banding, finishing systems)
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure continuous production with minimal downtime
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery, production lines, and factory upgrades
Manage and develop a team of technicians across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines
Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
Coordinate closely with production, design, and project teams to align maintenance with delivery schedules
Ensure all machinery complies with health, safety, and quality standards, especially in high-precision manufacturing environments
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and asset lifecycle
Support procurement and inventory management of critical spare parts and maintenance materials
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
8–15 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in kitchen, cabinetry, joinery, or fit-out industries
English Proficiency.
Strong experience with woodworking machinery, CNC systems, or automated production lines
Proven track record in leading maintenance teams in high-volume or project-based manufacturing environments
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
