1- I can manage financial transaction in different accounting software.
2- Data Entry of all Suppliers, customers, Inventory and related to warehouse.
3- Maintain Labor & Jawazat Office, Gosi, chamber of Commerce related task.
4- Preparation of supplier and customer Contracts.
5- Plan, control and direct the project documents. Organise and follow a document control procedure.
6- Assistance in developing job role.
7- Can ensure the master log for all the documents are maintained and all documents are registered in appropriate log as well as the hard and soft copies are maintained in a systematic process, are checked and distributed to concerned personnel/department.
8- Can Take down minutes of meeting, prepare and distribute draft minutes of meeting and final Minutes to all concerned for action/information.
9- Can do any other duty assign by Management
10- Can Obtain quote, summarise and assistance to MD for vendor/material finalisation.
