Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our team for ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality developments, particularly 4-star and 5-star hotel projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman
• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, especially 4★ and 5★ hotels
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience working in large-scale construction environments is preferred
