Duties and Responsibilities Include
1 : Well experience in all accounting aspects up to finalization and Internal and External Audit
Reports.
2 : Specifically look after the receivables & payable of the company, maintain ledgers, prepare aging reports periodically, and prepare monthly sale report of customers and vendors along with sales report for sales commissions on monthly basis.
3 : Prepare bank reconciliations of difference bank accounts on daily basis and control online banking.
4 : Prepare Payroll along with allowances report on monthly basis
5 : Calculating Staff benefits like Indemnity, leave salary, Air Fare and Passing Journal entries for provisions like depreciation, Accrued expenses, staff terminal benefits etc
6 : Managing Monthly Expenses like LMRA, GOSI, Electricity & Water, Telephone etc
7 : Prepare cheques and passing the payment or receipt entries on daily basis
8 : Closing all accounts on monthly basis.
9 : Financial analysis and profitability analysis of income statement
10 : Passing Journal entries
