Key Responsibilities-
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on recruitment platforms
Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Negotiate salary packages and employment terms
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
Support HR activities including attendance, employee relations, and HR administration
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
