Manpower Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Manpower Business Development Manager to lead business growth and secure manpower supply contracts across Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate must have strong industry connections, proven experience in manpower outsourcing/business development, and the ability to generate contracts and long-term clients independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies for manpower supply services.
Identify and secure new clients and manpower contracts.
Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement departments, and HR teams.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct client engagement.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and manpower agreements.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals professionally.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client manpower requirements.
Monitor market opportunities in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Logistics, and Facilities Management.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower supply or outsourcing business development in Saudi Arabia.
Existing network and client database within relevant industries.
Proven track record in securing manpower contracts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Saudi labor market and manpower regulations.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
Valid driving license preferred.
English proficiency required.
