We are seeking a visionary Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Tubli. This role isn't just about cooking; it’s about mastering the art of culinary fusion. You will be the creative force behind a diverse menu that spans authentic Indian spices, traditional Arabic Breakfast favorites, sophisticated Continental classics, and vibrant Mexican flavors.

Key Responsibilities
Menu Engineering: Design and standardize recipes across four distinct culinary pillars: Indian, Arabic Breakfast, Continental, and Mexican.
Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for food presentation, taste, and temperature, ensuring every dish leaving the pass is "Instagram-ready" and palate-perfect.
Kitchen Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cost control (GP management), and food waste reduction.
Team Leadership: Train and mentor a diverse brigade of cooks, fostering a high-energy, professional, and hygienic environment.
