I am a QA/QC Engineer (Civil) with more than seven years of experience in infrastructure works, precast manufacturing and installation, substation construction, structural and architectural inspections, concrete works, earthworks, and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects across Saudi Arabia, including major developments such as NEOM and Red Sea Global.
Currently, I am working with Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works (SSEM) on the SEC project “Construction of Starah Wind 380/132kV BSP (Substation)” in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where I am responsible for QA/QC inspections, quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, SEC standards, and quality requirements.
Previously, I worked with TÜV Austria as a Third-Party QA/QC Engineer assigned to Al Bawani on NEOM projects, where I was responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, Schedule Q requirements, ASTM, ACI, and Quality Management System standards. My responsibilities included conducting site inspections, monitoring construction activities, managing QA/QC documentation through Aconex, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure quality compliance and timely inspection approvals.
I also worked with Prainsa Saudi Arabia and First Fix on Red Sea Global projects, where I supervised precast, infrastructure, and civil works activities, verified installation quality, monitored alignment and tolerances, and ensured execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ASTM standards, ACI and PCI requirements. In addition, I have contributed to projects including Riyadh Metro and residential developments involving structural, architectural, and finishing works.
I am an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor with strong knowledge of Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), QA/QC procedures, ASTM, ACI, PCI, SEC standards, NEOM Schedule Q requirements, and international quality standards. My combined experience in quality assurance, inspections, and site execution enables me to effectively support project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
