Core Duties and Responsibilities :
Machine Operation & Setup: Preparing machinery for production cycles, including calibration and powering up equipment.
Production Monitoring: Overseeing machinery in real-time to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.
Material Handling: Supplying raw materials to machines and unloading finished products.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specifications using tools like micrometers or calipers.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and fixing minor machine malfunctions.
Documentation & Reporting: Recording output data, such as units produced and defects, into logs or digital systems.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
