Business Development Manager - Construction - 10 Years Exp



We are seeking a results-driven and highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value contracts within the Saudi Arabian construction sector and possess a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and residential construction sectors.

Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, government entities, and private developers.

Tendering & Proposals: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed annual sales targets and contribute to the long-term strategic growth of the company.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming projects (PIF, NEOM, and local Dammam developments) and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Business Development specifically within the Construction industry.

Regional Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Eastern Province (Dammam/Khobar) market and KSA construction regulations.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.

Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Status: Valid Iqama and Driving License.
