Main Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and process reservations by:
Phone calls
Online booking systems
Assist customers with:
Room bookings
Table reservations
Travel arrangements
Service inquiries
Update and maintain reservation records accurately
Confirm bookings and send reservation details to clients
Handle cancellations, changes, and special requests professionally
Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, sales, and other departments
Use reservation systems such as:
Opera PMS
Amadeus
Galileo
Online booking platforms
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy updates
Promote hotel or company services and upsell packages when possible
