Lump Sum Contracts
Unit Price Contracts
Time & Material Agreements
✔ Knowledge of procurement procedures & corporate governance
✔ Experience in change control management
✔ Ability to prepare reports, presentations & budgeting summaries
???? Skills Required:
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent contract drafting & negotiation skills
✔ Attention to detail & documentation accuracy
✔ Ability to work with cross-functional teams:

• CCCM – Certified Commercial Contracts Manager

• Lead and manage contract administration activities
• Handle contract development, execution, amendments & renewals
• Support engineering, financial & risk evaluation studies
• Participate in bid reviews, negotiations & contractor evaluations
• Coordinate contract compliance, claims & cost verification
• Provide recommendations on contracting procedures and risk controls
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports
