The role involves overseeing production activities, ensuring food quality and safety standards, managing manpower, and maintaining smooth operations to meet branch requirements efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily food production operations.
Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Supervise production staff and shift activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams.
Minimize waste and support cost control initiatives.
Prepare production reports and support operational improvements.


Requirements:

5+ years experience in food production, central kitchen, or QSR operations.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
