We are looking for a skilled and reliable Technical Operations Specialist to manage and troubleshoot all technical issues related to our SMS Gateway, WhatsApp API, chatbot systems, servers, integrations, and automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day technical issues and troubleshooting
Manage SMS gateway integrations and delivery issues
Support WhatsApp Business API and chatbot systems
Monitor APIs, servers, dashboards, and system uptime
Coordinate with developers and vendors to resolve technical problems
Handle CRM/API integrations and automation workflows
Maintain system security, performance, and reliability
Provide technical support to clients when needed
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge in APIs, servers, SMS systems, WhatsApp API, chatbot platforms, and integrations
Experience with troubleshooting technical systems
Knowledge of cloud hosting, dashboards, automation, and web technologies
Problem-solving mindset and fast response to issues
Experience in technical support or system operations preferred
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of n8n, APIs, automation tools, CRM integrations, Meta WhatsApp API, Twilio, SMS gateways, webhooks, Linux/server management
