BMS Operator

I am BMS operator with over 4 years of experience at maintance project where I manage and maintain building systems like HVAC, lighting, and fire safety. My job involves checking and fixing issues, making sure everything runs smoothly, and keeping energy use efficient. I am also good with MS Office for reporting and data analysis, and I have certifications in OSHA safety and CCTV systems.


Responsibility:
• Operated Jonson controller & siemens fire alarm server software for control the
building equipment
• Worked a daily basic report of all building equipment, and update to excel
• Monitoring Elevator, Escalator and Server to daily basics and report to senior.
• Maintain and update fire alarm report log daily and monthly in Excel.
• Monthly report to BTU meter billing data with Excel.
• Sending reporting site engineer about system issue and running activate.
• Maintain the log report for in-out goods used the maintenance project.
• Inspect every month of all the shop to check the safety insure (wire, fire etc
