Key Requirements:
• 7–8 years of experience in FMCG operations, warehousing, or store supervision
• Proven experience managing daily store/warehouse activities and teams
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock movements, and documentation
• Working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• SAP knowledge is highly preferred
• Ability to supervise staff, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain accuracy in stock records
• Good communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Ensure proper usage of WMS and SAP for transactions and reporting
• Enforce safety, quality, and company standards within the store
• Train and guide store personnel to improve efficiency
