My role is to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across hotel rooms, public areas, and offices – key responsibilities include inspecting rooms, managing staff schedules, training attendants, monitoring inventory, and addressing maintenance issues to meet hotel standards.
• Inspections: Conducts daily inspections of check-out, occupied, and VIP rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervises, trains, and coaches Room Attendants/housekeepers; manages team performance, including scheduling and attendance.
• Operational Control: Assigns daily tasks, manages inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, and ensures equipment is properly handled.
• Guest Services: Promptly handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a professional demeanor.
• Maintenance Liaison: Reports maintenance issues to the engineering department and follow up to ensure repairs are completed.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensures adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
