A carpentry company is seeking a supervisor experienced in the carpentry and furnishings field in Bahrain.
Qualifications required:
- currently based in Bahrain
- has good experience in the field of furniture and carpentry
- has strong personality with excellent leadership
- can work under pressure
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
Role requirements:
- to directly supervise the processes of product preparations in the workshop and ensure its timely fulfillment in the best quality.
- to prepare and organise daily working plans and implement them.
- to be able to estimate costs, make quotations and deal with customers.
- to be able to read photos and plans of the buildings and projects and make suitable quotations and implement them.
- to control and be responsible for the workshop's stock
