• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP works for building construction projects.
• Proven experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial, residential, or high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical, ELV, and BMS systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi standards, authority regulations, and local construction practices.
• Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to review MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.
• Capable of coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and project documentation requirements.
• Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, procurement, and cost control effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
