Sales Manager - Construction Industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and business development within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in building construction, contracting, MEP, fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of the local Saudi construction market and industry regulations.
• Established network with consultants, contractors, developers, and government clients.
• Proven track record in securing construction projects and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in tendering processes.
• Experience in contract negotiation, project costing, and commercial discussions.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and client requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with estimation, procurement, project management, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and basic understanding of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Ability to prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market analysis reports.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
