We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR administration, employee documentation, and government-related HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
Process leave management, attendance, and employee letters
Coordinate visa, CPR, LMRA, GOSI, and other Bahrain government-related HR procedures
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies
Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience preferred
Must be currently available in Bahrain
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR procedures
Familiarity with LMRA, GOSI, visa processing, and employee documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and work independently

Experience with HRMS systems
