We are looking for a top-level professional who takes coffee seriously and operates at a very high standard.
Our café is focused on quality, consistency, workflow, cleanliness, and customer experience. We want someone who can confidently handle a busy bar, dial in espresso properly, steam perfect milk consistently, and produce excellent drinks every single time.
If you are simply “able to make coffee,” this position is probably not for you.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong real-world café experience
Understands espresso extraction and grinder calibration
Can maintain consistency under pressure
Has excellent milk texturing and latte art skills
Works fast while staying organized and clean
Notices details and takes pride in quality
Carries themselves professionally and communicates well with customers and team members
Genuinely cares about coffee and hospitality
Bonus if you have:
Specialty coffee experience
Experience with high-volume cafés
Knowledge of workflow optimization and bar efficiency
Experience training junior baristas
