Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts and sales management
* Strong knowledge of accounting procedures, invoicing, quotations, and financial reporting
* Experience in industrial trading, conveying systems, electrical, or airport-related industries is preferred
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
* Good command of MS Office and Excel
* Valid driving license preferred
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
* Coordinate with customers regarding sales inquiries and orders
* Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
* Support purchasing and inventory coordination
* Prepare sales and financial reports for management
* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution
